Sexual Violence Task Force of Tampa Bay

Our Bill has been drafted and will be filed any day now. This bill would mandate that each postsecondary educational institution in Florida shall provide an advocate to aid students who are victims of violent crime. 

We need support! We need people who are willing to write letters, travel to Tallahassee, make phone calls to legislators, and visit their Representatives. If this sounds like something you are wanting to get involved with please contact Elizabeth Wehnes; Change Chair at:  ewehnes@gmail.com 

We are also looking for organizations and programs to give their support of this bill as well. The more people who take a stand against violence the better chance we have on getting this bill passed and helping to put a stop to sexual violence!
